Kirstin has a B.S. in Geology from Colorado State University with an emphasis in geochemistry. Employed at the State of Colorado, Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety for 16 years working on water quality issues associated with historic mining practices. Served as a Ute Pass Water Association board member for three years as Secretary, now a UPWD board member as Vice President.
