Engineer

Paul has an M.S in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. He has over forty years of experience in fiber optic telecommunication system design, development and analysis. Currently serving as Ute Pass HOA VP since September 2022 and has recently joined the UPWD in the position of Director.
